The attorneys at Bohn & Bohn LLP confine their legal services to the practice area known as “torts.” The law of torts, as defined by Black’s Law Dictionary, is “a private or civil wrong or injury.” For the most part we represent clients who have suffered physical or psychological injuries or the death of a loved one. Much of our work involves medical, engineering, insurance and employment issues.
Virtually every facet of American culture today has a legal side to it. Attorneys cannot be experts in all fields. We do not handle criminal, family practice, tax, intellectual property or many other types of law. Our expertise, as indicated in the practice areas navigation tabs across the top of this page, is representing individuals who have been severely damaged in some way, and whose injury affects their personal lives as defined by the term “tort.”
Examples of the types of cases in which we have experience and special skills can be found by clicking one of the tabs above. By reviewing our case results section, you will gain a better understanding about the nature of our practice. If you have a question about a case that might be in our arena, please give us a call. If you need another type of lawyer and don’t know one, give us a call anyway. If your case is not in our field, we can steer you to the type of lawyer you are looking for who can best serve your needs. Our calling is to help people. |
